Deposits

Reservations are only confirmed once a holding deposit (25% of the full cost) has been received. Full payment should be made before moving in.
The holding deposit will then be held as security against loss or damage (fair wear and tear is expected) or additional cleaning at the end of your occupancy.
The holding deposit will be returned at the end of your stay, minus any deductions.

The holding deposit will be forfeit if it is not possible to find alternative occupants for the studio.
Assuming it has been possible to find alternative occupants the holding deposit will be returned minus 10% administration charge
We will attempt to accommodate changes in booking, arrival, departure dates as far as is practically possible
